Pascal Desroches is the Chief Financial Officer of WarnerMedia and Turner Administrative Officer. Pascal is responsible for all of WarnerMedia’s financial operations. As Turner’s Administrative Officer, he’s also responsible for Turner’s global communications, facilities human resources, legal, strategy and research, security and technology organizations. He previously was Turner’s Chief Financial Officer.
Prior to joining Turner, Pascal was the senior vice president and controller of Time Warner. He was responsible for overseeing internal and external financial reporting, financial planning and analysis, procurement services, shared services program management office, as well as working as a key member of the management team on mergers & acquisitions and other transactions.
Prior to joining Time Warner, Pascal was a partner in KPMG LLP’s Department of Professional Practice – Assurance & Advisory Services in New York. Prior to being admitted into KPMG LLP’s partnership, Pascal was a professional accounting fellow with the Office of the Chief Accountant at the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). Pascal is an honors graduate of St. John’s University where he received a BS in accounting. He received an MBA, with a concentration in corporate finance and management of organization, from the Columbia University Graduate School of Business.
Pascal is a New York State Certified Public Accountant and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). He was also a member of AICPA’s Accounting Standards Executive Committee from September 2004 - September 2007. Pascal is member of the Executive Leadership Council (ELC), the preeminent organization for the development of global black leaders. He is on the board of directors of New Alternatives for Children, serves as the Treasurer of Prep for Prep, is a member of the board of advisors at St. John’s University’s Peter J. Tobin College of Business, and a member of the Advisory Board of Columbia University’s Institute for Tele-Information. Pascal is also on the board of directors of Borough of Manhattan Community College Foundation and was recently appointed to the board of DaVita Kidney Care.
